Sunrise Flight

Wow, its really been a while since I uploaded anything, couple of years. So about this one, this was actually drawn back in 2006; I was working on Bruno and the Banana Bunch, had just moved in with one of the guys from the studio. I was in the living room, waiting till he was done some of his scenes (had to share his computer till I got my own) and I wanted to draw, but wasn't really coming up with anything. So, I decided to go with what I was familiar with, and started drawing a wing, which then went from there. I was so happy with the bird, that I went ahead and inked right after it was drawn, wasn't sure what to do for the background and decided I'd figure that out later, which is why there is a tree partly inked. The ideas for the background have changed many times.

I'm very slowly working on the colored version, its been a long while since I've used Painter, very rusty with it. I will move this to scraps once the colored version is up, just something to show that I am around.
